Swift Connection will take place at the Pan Piper - 2-4 impasse Lamier 75011 Paris**.** The venue is accessible, with lifts for those needing them.
Additionally, food will be provided in the venue, so you won’t need to worry about finding a place to eat.
The ticket includes cathering for all meals, from the welcoming breakfast to the coffee breaks and lunch. A vegetarian option is available for all meals, ensuring that all guests are taken care of. Furthermore, guests have the option to choose from various dietary options, ensuring that everyone's individual needs are catered for.
A free cloakroom is available to all attendees, speakers and partners and is located at the entrance. It is open for the duration of the event. You can store clothes, backpacks and small luggages. To ensure safety and security, the cloakroom is under constant surveillance.
Swift Connection will feature two kinds of talks:
Regular talks are the traditional format and are meant to allow the speaker to go into detail and provide a comprehensive overview of their topic. Short talks, on the other hand, are meant to give the audience a quick overview of the speaker's topic while leaving room for discussion afterwards.
Swift Connection aims to be an international conference. As such, to be as inclusive as possible in regards to non-French attendees and speakers, all contents and communication will be spoken and presented in simple English.
